Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 a year

What you will do

• Provide tax compliance and consulting services for flow-through entities across multiple industries.
• Work with clients to minimize federal, state, and local tax liabilities.
• Oversee complex tax research projects and deliver innovative tax planning strategies.
• Serve as the primary client contact, developing and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license (or in progress) or EA certification required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in public accounting with a focus on flow-through taxation.
• Strong technical knowledge of partnership and S corporation taxation.
• Must be based in or able to work in Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, venture capital, private equity, crypto, or consumer goods industries.
• Prior experience working at Big 4 or large regional accounting firms.
