Salary: $88,000 – $112,000

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle fund accounting for private equity clients, including NAV review and preparation.
• Prepare and review pricing of portfolios according to fund documents and valuation policies.
• Calculate and allocate capital calls and distributions.
• Manage fee schedules, including management fee and waterfall calculations.
• Coordinate NAV packages and other deliverables according to service level agreements.
• Oversee the preparation of audited financial statements and regulatory filings.

Requirements

• University degree or professional designation such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fund Administration, with at least 2 years specifically in Private Equity.
• Proficiency in Private Equity accounting systems, preferably Investran.
• Strong expertise in PE structures, regulatory requirements, and waterfall calculations.
• Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) and Offering Memorandums (OMs).
• Proven supervisory skills with experience in coaching and mentoring.
