Senior Designer (Brand Adaptation & Guidelines Specialist)

TL;DR

Senior Designer (Brand Adaptation & Guidelines Specialist): Producing final design outputs for adaptation, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels with an accent on imagery, design principles, and brand guidelines implementation. Focus on executing designs that are on-brand, managing workflow efficiently, and collaborating with creative partners.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, with an expectation to be in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Handle high-level projects and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
• Collaborate with creative partners and core departments to develop great work within guidelines and on budget.
• Present work coherently and persuasively to clients.
• Execute designs that are on-brand across all marketing channels.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of typography and graphic design.
• Manage work efficiently to deliver on time, on budget, and on brand.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience with excellent design, brand guideline knowledge, and execution.
• Experience with implementing brand guidelines and adaptation templates.
• Extensive design experience with digital and offline marketing formats.
• Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesign.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• You are fluent in both German and English with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with AI and GenAI.
