What you will do

• Create high-quality AI-generated visuals for performance marketing campaigns across social media, search, and landing pages
• Produce photorealistic imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product visuals optimized for conversions
• Enhance and retouch source materials using AI tools and integrate into workflows
• Develop creative variations for A/B testing, optimization, and scaling
• Iterate concepts based on performance data, feedback, and results
• Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to align visuals with messaging and strategy

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher, with a portfolio of AI-generated creative work
• 2+ years in design, visual content creation, or performance digital marketing
• 1+ year hands-on with AI image tools like Midjourney, Runway, Freepik, Figma Weave, Higgsfield
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and visual design skills (composition, lighting, color, typography, realism, anatomy)
• Understanding of performance marketing (CTR, hooks, funnels, optimization)
• Strong iteration skills based on feedback and data, attention to detail

Nice to have

• Familiarity with video production workflows
