Location: Must be based in Germany (Fully remote)

Salary: $116,250 – $130,750

What you will do

  • Own and deliver end-to-end brand design projects from concept development to final execution across multiple channels.
  • Create high-quality visual assets including landing pages, digital campaigns, social media content, and sales materials.
  • Develop and evolve brand systems to ensure consistency, clarity, and modern visual expression.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
  • Mentor and support other designers to foster a culture of feedback, growth, and design excellence.
  • Integrate AI and automation tools into creative workflows to refine design processes and outputs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, ideally within innovative or high-growth global companies.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern aesthetics and strong typographic skills.
  • Deep understanding of brand systems and the ability to maintain consistency across diverse outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in AI and automation tools with an openness to integrating them into workflows.
