Creative Designer (Visual Design)

Company

hirify.global is an online grocery company delivering groceries across Europe through an in-house combination of automated fulfillment, delivery algorithms, and marketing campaigns.

What you will do

• Develop engaging customer campaigns from initial concepts and design briefs through final asset creation.
• Create and update email campaigns, social media assets, online advertisements, and campaign visuals for the app.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple channels and contribute to hirify.global’s visual identity.
• Test and validate designs through user testing and online A/B testing.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, communication coordinators, store managers, copywriters, and business stakeholders across the Netherlands, Germany, and France.
• Research retail trends and conduct competitor reviews to support knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Degree in graphic, visual, or communication design.
• 2–5 years of experience in visual design, preferably in a commercial or agency environment.
• Solid online portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and creative ability.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Self-starter attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English skills required.

Nice to have

• Affinity for illustration.
• Experience with animation.
