What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop customer campaigns from original concept to final asset creation.
• Create and update visuals for email campaigns, social media assets, online ads, and app content.
• Maintain and evolve Picnic's visual identity to ensure consistency across all customer channels.
• Adopt an analytical approach to design by validating work through user tests and A/B testing.
• Research retail trends and conduct competitor reviews to keep the design team current.
• Work in a cross-functional and international environment with designers and analysts.

Requirements

• Degree in graphical, visual, or communication design.
• 2-5 years of professional visual design experience in a commercial or agency environment.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma.
• A strong online portfolio demonstrating creative flair and attention to detail.
• English: Proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Affinity for illustration.
• Experience with animation.
