What you will do

• Lead creative origination and output for the Global Content Team.
• Execute strategic creative concepts across all media, with a specific focus on digital channels.
• Manage high-level projects and multiple assignments efficiently, ensuring timing and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with creative partners and core departments to develop high-quality work.
• Present persuasive ideas to clients and drive the vision of the team.
• Maintain technical competence and experiment with new technologies to elevate the brand.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Art Direction experience with a strong portfolio.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Must be based in Berlin or able to work from the Berlin office in a hybrid model.
• Extensive experience with moving images, stills, and channel-agnostic 360 campaigns.
• High-level understanding of typography and graphic design.
• Proven ability to think strategically and handle high-pressure environments.
