What you will do

• Lead technical investigations and resolve complex customer-reported software and system-level issues.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Use debuggers, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes to perform root cause analysis.
• Drive cross-functional teams toward sustainable solutions and product improvements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify trends and gaps to influence product and platform decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience (3+ with Master’s degree).
• Strong experience with consumer product development spanning software and hardware.
• Proven track record of technical ownership and problem-solving.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to access technical data without an export license.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with the PC ecosystem, Windows drivers, and OS-level subsystems.
• Experience with audio architectures and globally distributed teams.
