What you will do

• Manage outbound shipping labels and monitor order tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate the transfer of sold property between buildings, dealers, and storage facilities.
• Handle customer and dealer inquiries regarding shipping issues, address updates, and returns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by creating SKUs and updating product listings in the CRM.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality imagery and compelling product descriptions.
• Perform administrative tasks including tax reconciliation and daily ID verification for high-value clients.
