What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline for new logo acquisition and account expansion across CE and MEA.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs using intent data and account intelligence to target high-value opportunities.
  • Partner strategically with regional Sales and Customer Success leadership to align marketing activities with commercial priorities.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, and events in collaboration with global Centres of Excellence.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide commercial insights to refine targeting, channel mix, and messaging.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing within financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of running pipeline-generating campaigns and applying ABM principles.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Effective project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.
