What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for study teams and clinical data providers regarding data acquisition.
• Establish and communicate data standards and file format requirements to external partners.
• Process electronic clinical trial data files and load them into CDMS platforms like Medidata Rave or Oracle Clinical.
• Develop and maintain Data Transfer Specifications.
• Troubleshoot data processing and loading errors to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or international equivalent in a technical, clinical, or health-related field.
• 0 to 2 years of practical experience with EDC products such as Medidata Rave, Oracle RDC, or Inform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
