What you will do
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and recommend process improvements.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, random forests) to build predictive models.
- Design relational and distributed databases and build BI dashboards across platforms.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
- Lead initiatives and mentor junior team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar numerical field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical software packages and related technologies.
- Strong ability to summarize data numerically and visually to tell compelling stories.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Sofia, Bulgaria.
