What you will do

• Post-process raw scan data from Mobile, Terrestrial, and Aerial LiDAR, including registration, classification, and 3D feature extraction.
• Produce orthomosaics and dense point clouds using Pix4D and Agisoft Metashape.
• Perform field-to-finish processing in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including surface generation and plan preparation.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools for point cloud classification, object recognition, and model generation.
• Develop scripts and automation to standardize outputs and reduce manual processing time.
• Identify new project types and client markets to expand the firm's reality capture capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in geomatics, remote sensing, or LiDAR processing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for field-to-finish survey data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Leica Register360, TopoDOT, Global Mapper, and TerraSolid.
• Knowledge of aerial photogrammetry workflows using Pix4D or Agisoft Metashape.
• U.S. citizenship is strictly required.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice to have

• Experience with Part 107 sUAS operations and aerial data acquisition.
• Background in architecture, civil engineering, or a related built environment discipline.
• Familiarity with Microstation or DOT-preferred CAD environments.
