What you will do

• Conduct financial and business research to prepare forecasts and analyze trends.
• Analyze financial reports and records to provide reasoning for variances and make accounting recommendations.
• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting.
• Lead and document financial analysis projects, including data gathering, calculation of results, and report generation.
• Coordinate with various departments, subsidiaries, and outside agencies to resolve problems and ensure project completion.
• Present financial summaries and recommendations to all levels of management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience leading projects of varying size and complexity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania.
