What you will do

• Lead and support key financial projects from concept through execution.
• Own reporting processes to deliver accurate and insightful financial data.
• Collaborate with Finance and enterprise teams as a subject matter expert.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage task distribution and development for junior staff.
• Perform financial planning, investment, forecasting, and budgeting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math or related field.
• 5 years of work experience in an accounting/financial position.
• 1 year of experience with automated financial systems and database retrieval.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Workday or Facets.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools for automation initiatives.
