TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Makati, Philippines. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

What you will do

  • Review and format client press releases for grammar, spelling, and consistency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client administrative and consultative needs.
  • Support clients with regulatory filings such as SEDAR and EDGAR.
  • Manage account maintenance tasks including email lists, user management, and multimedia libraries.
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure service quality.
  • Provide support via phone and email for a wide range of client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in news-wire or similar environments.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Exceptional time-management skills and ability to maintain focus under pressure.
