What you will do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using LLMs and orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
• Own full-stack features end-to-end, from backend APIs and data models to React-based interfaces.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for AI agents, including vector search, embeddings, and function calling.
• Optimize inference flows for performance and cost using techniques like streaming and caching.
• Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to prototype and ship AI-first features.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous model and product improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of fullstack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Python (or Node/Go).
• Experience with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Docker, CI/CD).
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on user-centric AI features.
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG pipelines is a strong advantage.
