Salary: £40.36 - £41.36 per hour

• Accountable for the delivery of the pre-construction activities.
• Drive a "Zero Harm" approach to safety in designs and contractor performance.
• Manage a range of construction projects, with various sizes.
• Support the wider business planning, in scheme reviews, etc.
• Support the compliance with pre-construction regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-construction, design, planning, cost estimation, etc.
• Knowledge in contractor management and site installations.
• Clear understanding of site safety, and Safety legislation (CDM 2015 Reg etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of building, constriction and infrastructure methods.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
