What you will do

• Develop and maintain functional maintenance schedules in line with site integration standards to ensure safe and compliant execution.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise maintenance performance against agreed KPIs.
• Perform activity nesting and resource levelling to minimise equipment downtime and improve efficiency.
• Manage third-party mobilisation data within the logistics management system.
• Collaborate with Site Integrators to identify and mitigate site and area constraints within a 12-week look-ahead.
• Manage deferrals and rescheduling of work to minimise operational risk and align with business priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a maintenance scheduling role within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency in SAP, Primavera 6, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of offshore maintenance practices, procedures, and legislation.
• Expertise in organisational planning and analytical problem-solving.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Aberdeen, UK.
