EIC Site Supervisor (Energy)

What you will do

• Oversee EIC site activities across electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Act as the primary on-site interface between contractors, site management, and engineering teams.
• Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning to meet project milestones.
• Enforce HSEQ standards and ensure works align with approved RAMS.
• Manage subcontractors, resolve issues, and handle punch lists through to close-out.
• Support fault-finding and manage site changes or deviations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in EIC supervision on industrial or energy projects (e.g., EfW, power, oil & gas).
• Technical expertise in HV/MV/LV systems and control systems (PLC/DCS).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• SSSTS (or equivalent) certification is essential.
• Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ requirements and safe systems of work.

Nice to have

• HV switching or authorization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and site reporting tools.
