What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end procurement processes from sourcing to supplier management.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and strong contractual terms.
• Roll out and optimize procurement tools and workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• Build and lead the central procurement function, establishing governance and policies.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and Supply Chain to enable business needs while maintaining procurement ownership.
• Monitor performance using data and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven negotiation skills across diverse spend categories.
• Experience in designing and implementing procurement processes and tooling.
• Ability to quickly understand new domains such as technology, SaaS, and professional services.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of contract structures, compliance, and supplier risk management.
