What you will do

  • Lead technical discussions between customers and local support teams for complex VCS system issues.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to diagnose root causes and restore system functionality.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports, incident resolutions, and SLA metrics.
  • Act as technical deputy to the Customer Support Manager for escalated inquiries and administrative coordination.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance support efficiency and service quality.
  • Contribute advanced technical content to the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support within telecommunications or mission-critical systems.
  • Proven track record of operating effectively in multinational environments.
  • Expertise in networking (CCNA or higher preferred) and Linux systems administration.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills for dealing with mission-critical clients.
  • Experience in auditing and optimizing support workflows.
