What you will do

• Assist senior and lead project engineers with design tasks from project inception to completion.
• Align construction teams by providing necessary design information, quantities, and specifications.
• Perform equipment and material takeoffs and conduct thorough reviews of drawings and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and validate the accuracy of red-line markups.
• Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to project drawings and industry codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work onsite in Avon, MN.
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing technical specifications and drawings.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and third-party firms.

Nice to have

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification.
• Previous experience in renewable energy (Wind, Solar, or BESS).
• Field experience in electrical, mechanical, or heavy civil construction.
