What you will do

• Collaborate with the founder to finalize MVP features and define the long-term product roadmap.
• Translate user needs from law enforcement staff into technical specifications and user stories.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
• Design and implement secure, multi-tenant database schemas and infrastructure.
• Integrate third-party services like Twilio and Slack into the platform.
• Contribute to high-level technical decisions regarding architecture, hosting, and deployment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between product requirements and technical implementation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with broad responsibilities.
