What you will do

• Architect and deploy AI-enabled workflows integrating internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Incorporate AI components such as LLM agents and retrieval pipelines into enterprise processes.
• Partner with security and legal teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to translate operational challenges into actionable workflow designs.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and lead training sessions to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption.
• Establish telemetry for performance, drift, and cost monitoring of deployed AI systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience including automation pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and associated AI/ML libraries.
• Deep experience with LLMs, NLP, and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, HuggingFace, LlamaIndex).
• Understanding of APIs, orchestration, integration patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (sponsorship is not available).
• Must reside in a state other than CA, NY, NJ, NH, or MA.
