What you will do

• Lead quantitative analysis and create simulation models to optimize trading fee initiatives.
• Innovate pricing strategies for ETF clients through segmentation to maximize yield and volume.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure to analyze trading member activity and manage project developments.
• Develop and refine in-house software tools, dashboards, and reports to drive business decisions.
• Analyze order books and conduct research on ETF market quality.

Requirements

• Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Statistics, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Python and VBA is required.
• Knowledge of C++ is strongly recommended.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to solve complex problems under tight time constraints.
