Head of RevOps (SaaS): Owning business intelligence and the operational rhythm of the Go-to-Market engine with an accent on revenue drivers, ARR dynamics, and commercial alignment. Focus on designing operating cadences, producing strategic business cases for C-level decisions, and optimizing end-to-end revenue processes.
Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands or Paris, France)
Salary: €85,000 – €100,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the analytical layer for ARR dynamics, cohort analysis, pipeline velocity, and unit economics.
- Design and run the commercial operating rhythm, including QBRs, weekly pipeline reviews, and forecast cycles.
- Build strategic business cases for commission schemes, territory redesigns, and pricing adjustments.
- Define end-to-end revenue process logic from lead management and attribution to expansion and churn.
- Partner with the CRO and CFO to drive executive decisions and hold commercial leaders accountable.
- Oversee CRM data hygiene and governance standards in HubSpot in collaboration with DataOps.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in recurring revenue models, ARR mechanics, and commercial finance.
- Proven track record of producing analytical work and scenario models that drive executive decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge assumptions at the C-level.
- Analytical autonomy and comfort pulling data using SQL and BI tools.
- English: C2 level required.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot, Planhat, Modjo, or Qobra.
- Familiarity with dbt and data warehousing concepts.
- Awareness of how AI is evolving the ops operating model.
- Experience working across NL, FR, and DE geographies.
- Fluency in Dutch or French.
