What you will do

• Lead quantitative and qualitative market research activities to address strategic priorities.
• Provide insights and forecasting analytics for annual brand planning, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Triangulate primary research, secondary data, and competitive intelligence to provide a single source of truth.
• Partner with commercial and new product planning leads to develop robust business cases.
• Monitor key performance indicators and propose improvements to performance tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, and R&D.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the pharma industry or life-science consulting.
• Fluent spoken English required.
• Proven track record in business intelligence, market research, and forecasting.
• Extensive knowledge of specialty care markets.
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced skills using Excel.
• MSc or PhD in Pharma, Medicine, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration.
