What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable software solutions using TypeScript and Python.
• Drive architectural vision and technical strategy across multiple product verticals.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices in code quality and design.
• Collaborate with executive, product, and operations teams to translate requirements into executable development plans.
• Manage delivery of high-impact solutions and provide production support.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams, including remote contractors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience scaling and managing 3+ person teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in Software Architecture, Data Architecture, and AWS.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile practices and Git.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the New York City or Austin office.

• Fintech industry experience.

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins.
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude and Cursor.
