Salary: $185,000–$200,000

What you will do
- Design and maintain scalable software solutions using TypeScript and Python.
- Drive architectural vision and technical strategy across multiple product verticals.
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices in code quality and design.
- Collaborate with executive, product, and operations teams to translate requirements into executable development plans.
- Manage delivery of high-impact solutions and provide production support.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams, including remote contractors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience scaling and managing 3+ person teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in Software Architecture, Data Architecture, and AWS.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile practices and Git.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the New York City or Austin office.

- Fintech industry experience.

- Experience building CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude and Cursor.
