What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Professional Services team across Mainland China and Hong Kong.
- Partner with sales to build customer relationships, grow the Professional Services business, and support strategic engagement sales.
- Define and scope large-scale technology-driven engagements and oversee their delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, customer satisfaction, and successful project completion.
- Forecast and manage regional services revenue and bookings performance.
- Collaborate with peer leaders to improve the Professional Services go-to-market strategy and hire high-performing talent.
Requirements
- Experience managing a Professional Services or Consulting team, preferably in an enterprise software or SaaS company.
- Experience with project management, consulting delivery, and software implementation methodologies.
- Experience leading sales, scoping, and delivery for large-scale technology projects.
- Experience directly managing geographically dispersed technical employees.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including escalations and executive steering meetings.
- Knowledge of data domains, distributed computing, hybrid cloud operations, and IT strategy; ability to travel.
