Product Manager (E-Separation Technologies)

What you will do

• Define and execute the 3–5 year product roadmap for FEDI, ED, and EDR technologies.
• Develop clear value propositions for key segments including Power, Semiconductor, and Pharma.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and portfolio rationalization to drive revenue growth.
• Support regional teams with pricing, technical differentiation, and strategic bid support.
• Identify global growth opportunities and build recurring revenue programs for stacks and services.
• Manage new product introductions from initial concept through to commercialization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• 5+ years of experience in water treatment, electrochemical separation, or membrane technologies.
• Strong technical knowledge of EDI, EDR, ED, or comparable systems.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work in a matrix environment.

• Demonstrated P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing industrial product lines with global exposure.
