What you will do

• Develop and implement the organization's internal communications strategy, including messaging, channels, and tactics.
• Create engaging content across various formats such as newsletters, intranet, videos, and presentations.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and company values.
• Monitor and measure communication effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Manage crisis communications to ensure employee transparency and information flow.
• Build and lead a small team of internal communications specialists as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• 2+ years of experience in team management.
• Proven track record of building communication processes and structures from scratch.
• Experience working in high-growth, international, or fast-changing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and storytelling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be able to pass a security screening and provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
