Salary: €55,000–€69,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the internal communications strategy and yearly plan aligned with business goals.
• Translate business priorities and leadership decisions into simple, relevant narratives for a global audience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on messaging, timing, and format to ensure authentic communication.
• Manage and optimize internal channels including SharePoint, newsletters, and global meetings.
• Create high-quality storytelling content to bring the company mission and values to life.
• Analyze employee feedback to continuously improve communication approaches and channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications (in-house or consulting), ideally in a growing international organization.
• University degree in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal English skills with an ability to translate complex topics into clear content.
• Experience with multi-channel communication tools and platforms, such as SharePoint.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office on a weekly basis.
• Strong project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and cultures.
