Location: Remote (US - Central or Pacific Time zone preferred)

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Partner with Senior Account Executives to influence and support ERP sales cycles across North American markets.
  • Engage directly with customers to address technical challenges and provide expert guidance on hirify.global services.
  • Collaborate with global Delivery and Product teams to ensure solution feasibility and accurate pricing.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and technical leads.
  • Develop comprehensive scoping requirements to define service deliverables for downstream execution.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time to support sales deals and global initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP presales for SAP, Oracle, or IBM.
  • Must be based in the United States (Central or Pacific Time zone preferred).
  • Mastery of software licensing models and compliance for major enterprise platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise applications, middleware, and database technologies.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and supporting complex deal closures.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
