What you will do

• Own and sharpen hirify.global's voice across all copy, setting craft standards for clear, human, distinctive writing.
• Create brand copy, campaign concepts from big ideas to headlines and scripts.
• Lead long-form narratives and direct response copy for ads, email, and performance channels.
• Design AI-assisted copy workflows, prompts, style guides for scalable on-brand production.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product on campaigns and brand development.
• Shape creative standards and practices as a senior team member.

Requirements

• Distinctive creative voice with proven brand and campaign experience.
• Strong conceptual skills to develop and expand ideas across channels.
• Expertise in long-form narratives, performance copy, and brand consistency.
• Systems thinking for frameworks and AI tools in copy production.
• Deep collaboration skills and ability to present creative rationales.
• Agency or in-house experience shipping work under real constraints.
