TL;DR
L3 Support Specialist: Providing expert service support by identifying and resolving complex incidents and problems, and deploying bug fixes in managed applications with an accent on analyzing issues and developing tools for business continuity. Location: Open to ASIA, EMEA, or NALA shift.

What you will do
- Provide expert service support as an L3 specialist.
- Identify, analyze, and develop solutions for complex incidents and problems.
- Analyze issues and develop tools to enable business continuity and mitigate business impact.
- Deploy bug fixes in managed applications.
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Python and SQL.
- Strong understanding of ETL, Data Visualization, Data Modeling, and Data lineage/integrity/validation/quality/clean up concepts.
- Experience working with Azure environments.
- Experience with building, testing, and deploying processes.
- Open to ASIA, EMEA, or NALA shift.
- Willing to work during weekends or holidays as needed.
