What you will do

• Manage risks across spot and derivatives trading activities, including leverage, margin parameters, liquidation logic, and exposure limits
• Monitor position concentration, trading behavior, market anomalies, deposits, withdrawals, balances, and reconciliation processes
• Assess risks related to custodians, liquidity providers, payment partners, and external integrations
• Build and improve monitoring systems, alerts, escalation rules, and operational controls
• Detect and mitigate fraud risks, suspicious activity, wash trading, spoofing, and other market abuse patterns
• Participate in launching new trading instruments and pairs, contribute to incident-response, and develop the overall risk framework

Requirements

• Experience in risk management within crypto exchanges, trading platforms, brokerages, or fintech environments
• Strong understanding of exchange operations, trading infrastructure, operational risk, leverage, margin systems, liquidation mechanics, and trading controls
• Understanding of client asset protection, reconciliation, transaction monitoring, and market abuse risks including spoofing, wash trading, and suspicious trading activity
• Experience building risk controls, monitoring systems, escalation procedures, and operational frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in fast-changing, high-pressure environments

Nice to have

• Experience with derivatives trading platforms
• Knowledge of crypto market structure and liquidity management
• SQL, Python, or data analytics skills
• Experience working with surveillance or anti-fraud systems
