What you will do
- Perform onsite maintenance, analysis, and inspection of mobile equipment.
- Mentor and coach technicians while delegating daily assignments.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify issues, suggest improvements, and perform corrective repairs.
- Process maintenance paperwork and escalate safety concerns to management.
- Ensure shift operations meet quality, reliability, and productivity standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrable understanding of mechanical and electrical (AC/DC) troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and work with hydraulic systems.
- Leadership skills to guide and develop team members.
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
