What you will do

• Manage technical projects for multiple clients simultaneously, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to ERP products including Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, and JD Edwards.
• Install software tools associated with supported ERP products and guide clients through technical onboarding.
• Plan and manage the establishment of remote access to client networks.
• Manage software archive tasks via client sites or cloud-hosted solutions.
• Ensure ISO compliance by tracking and recording evidence and maintaining status updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience with ERP applications (Oracle EBS, SAP, or JD Edwards).
• Fluency in Portuguese is required for business conversations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with remote access connectivity methodologies and Windows/UNIX environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
