Junior Contract Analyst

What you will do

• Support acquisition and procurement activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and administering federal contracts and procurement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS requirements.
• Conduct market research, price analysis, and cost analysis to support procurement decisions.
• Analyze procurement data and provide recommendations for acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, and vendors regarding procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 24 semester hours in business-related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting federal contracting or procurement functions.
• Must hold or be eligible for Public Trust Clearance.
• Knowledge of federal contracting principles and acquisition procedures.
• Understanding of price/cost analysis and procurement evaluation methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.

Nice to have

• Experience with PD2 contract writing system.
• Familiarity with government procurement reporting and compliance processes.
• Experience supporting defense or civilian federal agencies.
