What you will do

• Partner with manufacturing and continuous improvement teams to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Support proof-of-concept trials through planning, setup, testing, and data evaluation.
• Pilot and implement new processes, tools, or technologies during trials and production launches.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment during pilot rollouts.
• Document lessons learned, best practices, and standard work to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist with communicating improvement initiatives through presentations and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering.
• Working knowledge of industrial or mobile equipment systems.
• Solid capability in design, testing, and validation processes.
• Familiarity with engineering standards, change control, and design-for-manufacturability.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
