What you will do

• Build and maintain Compleat rules and workflow branching
• Collaborate with engineering teams to map Concur data into external systems
• Troubleshoot rule failures and audit inconsistencies
• Support UAT and regression testing
• Manage DEV/TEST/PROD promotion of rules
• Guide stakeholders on Concur best practices

Requirements

• Hands-on configuration of Compleat rules, validations, and audit workflows
• Experience with Concur Expense and Invoice administration
• Knowledge of Concur data extracts, SFTP, APIs, or ICS integration
• Ability to translate T&E policy into rule logic
• Experience supporting global deployments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
