What you will do

• Act as a technical lead on complex Power Platform projects.
• Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
• Participate in the entire implementation process from pre-sales and requirements gathering to development and maintenance.
• Mentor and educate junior team members.
• Stay current with product releases and collaborate with internal teams on new developments.
• Translate technical advantages into tangible business value for international clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
• English language proficiency is a must (verbal and written).
• Experience delivering end-to-end applications and automation.
• Experience with Copilot Studio.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query M, and SQL.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and Python.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Logic Apps) or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Boomi, or BluePrism.
