TL;DR
Support Engineer (SAP FI/CO): Providing remote support for mission-critical SAP applications with an accent on Finance and Controlling (FICO), Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). Focus on diagnosing complex issues via ABAP debug, developing break-fixes, and managing Brazilian localization requirements.

What you will do
- Solve complex customer issues using expert knowledge of SAP applications functionality and technology.
- Provide remote-based functional support and training for multiple SAP FI/CO modules.
- Develop application break-fixes for critical product defects and create scripts to correct data issues.
- Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
- Collaborate with virtual team members to extend field experience to various client situations.
- Support client customizations and provide implementation and best practices advice.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- 5+ years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO).
- Knowledge of Brazilian localization tax and regulatory requirements (e.g., Sped, ICMS/IPI, NFe).
- Expertise with SAP 4.x and ECC, including full life-cycle implementation and administration.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- SAP certification(s).
- Consulting background.
- Experience with Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), or Asset Management.
- Experience with global implementations and Country Specific Solutions.
