What you will do

• Lead advisory and solution design activities within SAP CO streams.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization opportunities in SAP S/4HANA.
• Support implementation and transformation projects across controlling areas.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scalable and efficient controlling processes.
• Drive workshops, process discussions, and functional solution alignment.
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams during implementation phases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP CO business processes, including Production Controlling (CO-PC), Material Ledger, Project System (PS), and Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting.
• Strong expertise in costing models within SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to advise clients on process simplification and optimization.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• German language skills.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry.
