What you will do
- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP applications.
- Configure, present, and discuss best practices and functionalities of the SAP SD module.
- Develop or collaborate on application break fixes for critical product defects.
- Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in test environments or via remote connectivity.
- Collaborate with a virtual team to share field experience and improve diagnostic methodologies.
- Maintain proactive communication and support for global clients, including flexible hours to meet 24x7x365 requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required
- 5 to 9 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with SD modules
- Deep working knowledge of SAP 4.x and ECC environments, including full life-cycle implementation
- Strong technical and functional experience with SAP customization and extension methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
