Temporary Recruiter (Hrtech): Sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing prospective Mod Contractors for global client projects with an accent on identifying candidates in phones, moderation, chat, tickets, and Tier 1/Tier 2 skill sets. Focus on maintaining data integrity on ATS folders and serving as an ambassador of hirify.global's culture.

What you will do

• Source candidates for various customer support roles, based on client location specifications.
• Identify and utilize various sourcing channels, including posting opportunities on relevant job boards and social media.
• Utilize daily trackers to provide real-time data on candidate progress and fulfillment efforts.
• Ensure compliance documents are distributed according to MSQ recruiting protocols.
• Onboard candidates to People Operations upon guidance from the Services team.
• Continuously increase the capture of contractor resumes for client engagement work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a call center, high volume setting, and/or RPO and some global experience.
• Practical sourcing experience in different global markets.
• Superior English communications skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work productively in a rapidly scaling and change-oriented environment.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• ATS experience (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, ICIMS etc.).
• Strong Global awareness
