Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end content writing and translation projects from order receipt to final delivery.
• Plan project execution, set up tasks, and distribute work packages to a global team of freelancers.
• Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and proactively resolve any arising issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and daily reporting to the Team Lead.
• Conduct monthly meetings with clients to address needs, resolve issues, and plan future workloads.
• Ensure all client requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in project management within a digital company.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a time-critical, fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.
