What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases across multiple services and environments.
• Serve as the central point for change governance, assessing service impact and evaluating deployment risks.
• Maintain a central release calendar to provide visibility to stakeholders across R&D, operations, and support.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering to transition toward automated, low-touch deployment models.
• Monitor release performance metrics, including deployment frequency and change failure rates.
• Coordinate incident response and rollback procedures when deployments introduce production issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating software releases in SaaS or cloud environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge engineering, operations, and product teams.
• Solid understanding of change management practices, risk classification, and audit compliance.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts, deployment pipelines, and modern release automation.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles, progressive delivery patterns, and Kubernetes-native tooling.
• Experience using AI tools to analyze data, design workflows, and optimize processes.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation or equivalent process knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
