TL;DR

Junior PM: Owning task breakdown and backlog management, transforming high-level requirements into production-ready tasks that keep the team moving fast with an accent on clarity and completeness. Focus on ensuring every task is complete, unambiguous, and ready for execution.

Location: Serbia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Latvia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Spain, Ukraine. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do

• Own task breakdown and transform feature requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
• Manage a 7-day forward-looking backlog to ensure the team always knows what's next.
• Ensure task quality by including business reasons, exact requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical checklists.
• Translate high-level product strategy into detailed execution plans.
• Keep 100% of tasks tracked in the task management system.
• Achieve a 90%+ quality rate for task creation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in project coordination, product operations, or task management roles.
• Hands-on experience with task management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Linear, or similar).
• Experience working with AI tools or AI-related product features.
• Proven ability to write clear, detailed documentation or task descriptions.
• Track record of working in structured, process-driven environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Fast learner with structured thinking.
• High energy and work ethic.
• Ownership mindset and comfortable with a fast pace.
• Precision-focused.
• Fluency in English and Russian/Ukrainian.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech/digital product companies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies or sprint planning.
• Basic understanding of software development workflows.
• Previous experience supporting engineering or product teams.
